A gentler procedure with modern laser technology

The high-energy light of modern laser technology allows procedures to be carried out more gently.

The laser works with bundled light of high energy. It cuts without pressure and seals small vessels as it goes – there is less bleeding, and the wound is at the same time low in germs.

Where it helps in periodontology

In inflamed periodontal pockets it can remove bacteria and diseased tissue without mechanical reworking by instrument. When correcting the gum line or releasing a frenulum that is too tight, the procedure is likewise smaller than with a scalpel.

For patients that usually means less swelling, fewer sutures and shorter healing. The laser does not replace classical periodontal therapy – it complements it wherever gentleness matters.
