Once a year

Anyone wishing to use the bonus record towards later dental work has to attend a check-up once a year. That is not a formality: in those who come regularly, incipient periodontitis is found before it does damage.

By appointment rather than waiting room

Most practices in Germany, Austria and Switzerland work by appointment. The reason is simple: those with an appointment wait less and are given the time their treatment needs. Emergencies are of course exempt.
